Neat and Handy is a very cooperative and responsive company.
I received my order from Neatandhandy.com and had what ,I thought ,was an issue. I contacted the company and John helped me to understand the product and how to use it. He was polite and even sent videos to show me how to use the product. I appreciate his kindness and professional attitude. Thanks, John.
