Reason for Three Stars
The reason for the three stars is I sent a question regarding the device and never received an answer. I also waited for a while for notification of shipping and then contacted to find out and was told it was on back order. I was never notified of that. It finally came. I have only used it a week and a half so I haven’t noticed an I improvement yet but hope to soon.
