wrong item & faulty
wrong item was sent, and even that item was faulty. refund was refused unless i paid for return shipping which i couldn't afford. they finally agreed a 70% refund (not including the original shipping cost). the fault was all theirs and yet i was left out of pocket with the wrong item that even itself is useless as it is faulty. would never buy from again.
