SCAM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
If you are looking to convert a file DO NOT use this company. It is a classic scam subscription service. I thought I was paying 90p for a single file conversion, missing the very small print declaring that I was subscribing to a service charging £39.99 a month! Turns out the conversion I paid for was actually a trial. I received no email notification of the subscription renewing after my 'trial' and when I realised TWO MONTHS after I first used the service that I'd been charged a further £80 for a service I had not used and didn't know I was subscribed to, customer services refused to refund me. I explained multiple times how misled I was and in turn I was told it was in the terms and conditions I agreed to to convert the original file. DO NOT PAY FOR FILE CONVERSION, there are so many free options. This company is making the most of misleading and exploiting individuals when this is clearly software for business and company use. Thoroughly frustrating, a significant amount of money to lose with zero help from customer support.
