the identity verification.
the identity verification. understand you want to make sure the charge is not a fraud charge, since it affects your bottom line. this was the second i had to do an identity verification, first one took 5 hrs for my items to be delivered. this second one its been over 26hrs and i have not received my purchase. need to make a change on how you verify to make it quicker. When my purchases dont require a verification, within minutes i get my items, which is great! But this last experience has been very unpleasant dont have a time on when ill receive my items and missed the window on when i needed my items for my game. So if you need your purchase items quick , make the purchase ingame or other places.
