I ordered my product Dec 1st 2023 was supposed to propose to my girlfriend in Paris at the iffle tower on Christmas, the tracking number is NOT giving me locations and also NO CARRIER, Norskla is saying that the CARRIERS website is having problems, BUT Norskla DOESN'T even KNOW who the CARRIER IS, Norskla keeps telling me to be PATIENT for 2 MORE WEEKS, When I return from my trip I WILL BE NOTIFYING FEDERAL AUTHORITIES of their FRAUDULENTACTIVITY, I'm STILL getting ENGAGED because I went ahead and bought the same item in the store that I ordered it from originally!! Sorry to all whom paid for items and didn't receive them, I BELIEVE FACEBOOK SHOULD BE SOMEWHAT HELD RESPONSIBLE AS WELL !! My regrets Tim
