no response
I had tried to contact re. a Honiture V8 Pro Robot Vacuum which wont start up. I had sent 2 emails a couple of weeks apart, through the customer portal of the .com website, without any response. Thankfully Honiture responded to my complaint here, and offered this contact address: help01 @ honiture . com (ignore spaces) Honiture responded to my emails at that address and after detailing the problem and error code encountered, they then offered a replacement unit, which I accepted. It is a different model, with lessor performance, but a new warranty, so I am satisfied with the outcome.
