Worst customer service EVER I ordered an eye product received it
I ordered an eye product received it, and the product was literally no good. It was a brownish color for under your eyes and it should be a nice creamy light color. I contacted customer service immediately to return it. They absolutely refused five weeks later still going back-and-forth refusing to let me return the product they asked for a ton of photos. I sent all the photos and they still refuse. This was $104. It's a product I use all the time and no exactly what it looks like this product was brown, and it burned my under eyes. I tried to return the product through their policy and it can be found worst customer service ever encountered in my life. They literally wouldn't let me return it. I wasn't looking for a free product. I wasn't looking to return the other items I ordered just the one bad item so please beware.
