This company lacks communication
This company lacks communication. I feel that you are trusting a company to help you through a horrible time. Or credit has just overtaken your life. I think the least they could do is be transparent and make sure that you understand what is going to happen as you're going through it. An example is that they changed the address on my credit cards and I received nasty notices from the credit card companies that I had moved. I had no prior knowledge this was going to happen. I also had no knowledge that they're going to let everything go to collection before the intervened to show to the credit card companies that you're truly in hardship. So you'll get to watch your credit drive all the way down to nothing that you have thought so hard for.
