Wrote a negative review about a year ago about its poor customer service response time. The response has improved. So this review is based on actual usage of the bot. It’s f%#£ing terrible. Main purpose of the bot is to provide protection of your account and rss it gathers, as well as provide worry/stress free play. It does neither. I put on a 3 day truce agreement at the beginning of SvS, only to lose the protection, 8 hours later. I lost over $1,700.00 of rss. I wrote to the CS team on Discord. They stated that it’s a well known problem of bot not knowing there’s a truce agreement on and it goes ahead and replaces the truce agreement anyways. Yet, it failed to replace the 8 hour truce agreement with another truce agreement. In addition, it doesn’t really gather. You literally have to invest an exorbitant amount of time fixing and correcting each account. Why am I paying for a bot that cannot even do basic functions??
