Very helpful and understanding. Also very quick response time. They are very down to earth and will help the best that they can to make sure you are satisfied. I wanted to add an update. I ordered from them again once they got the money they did not give any updates on the order until asked and when I did message them they made it seem like I was bothering them. I got 1 shoe out of the 4 shoes and since I ordered it they have been telling me 7-10 business days. We are approaching the 10th day and still no tracking number.
