Chinese Scammers
I placed an order on October 16th and I paid for maximum 2 week shipping so that my costume would arrive before Halloween. The shipment never even moved, and it still says "label created" to this day (now December 28th). I disputed the charge and the bank thankfully took my side. The company emailed me and told me to cancel the dispute and they'll refund me immediately. I didn't believe them. I told them I'd cancel the dispute once they send me proof that the refund is on its way. They said "sure, we'll contact our finance department". I followed up 2 days later because they didn't say anything. They never answered, so I never canceled the dispute. TLDR, don't buy from this POS Chinese scam company.
