Buggy Drivelah App
I have been a DriveLah renter for 2 weeks. So far, I find the staff well trained and ready to assist. The problem is with the drivelah app. I am using the DriveLah Go device. Within these two weeks, I have encountered 1) Renter was unable to lock the car using the drivelah go app after he completed the trip. I had to go down and lock the car with the spare key. 2) Renter was unable to complete the trip. App keeps showing "ongoing" for this renter. Drivelah had to change the status for the renter. Drivelah staff unable to reset the status and informs me that this status may keep showing for weeks before correcting itself. However, I was still able to keep renting the car. 3) Renter was unable to record the odo meter reading at the start of a rental. I had to contact the Drivelah staff to correct the issue. A lot of hassle as the renters keep calling me and I have to liaise with Drivelah.
