Bag delivered not sealed at all with garment with stains
First, and probably my last purchase from Farm Rio. Prices for the clothing are quite high, even with a discount it’s still quite expensive. I have ordered a romper for my upcoming holiday, it arrived extremely quick. But the package was delivered already open. The adhesive seal hasn’t been used during order preparation( at the warehouse maybe), and the envelope was not securely closed when it arrived with clear tape moved aside. It clearly appears that the packaging was tampered with during transit. I have previously experienced issues with Royal Mail deliveries, including orders being stolen in the past, but the concern is mainly about the adhesive seal that hasn’t been used. My romper could easily be out of package. So poor handling of the order delivery for the pricey clothing. Second concern is the stains on the sleeve. I just wonder if someone who prepared the order even checked the condition before shipping? I understand majority of brands refuse using plastic bags, but what if this paper bag gets wet eventially and the item is delivered in inappropriate condition? I am utterly unsatisfied with everything and believe this is absolutely unacceptable.
