Still waiting for my son’s backpack…disappointed
Bought the backpack online on 13 Dec and emailed me the backpack is on its way on 17 Dec. However, I checked Singapore post website with the tracking no. provided on 26th, 30th Dec, 2nd and 3rd Jan. the last update was still on 19th Dec and said that departed from Singapore hub for transit to oversea. I emailed ergokid for update but no reply…. So disappointed because my bought this as for my son’s birthday present and he kept asking me when he will receive his bag…
