Holding Citibank card with more than 5years without any issue. But when it change to UOB, the service and card replacement services are freaking slow. I had called twice to confirm the address for replacement card, and when I called again to follow up my card replacement after 1 and half week, the customer service still asking the same thing which is confirm the address. What the heck is the customer service?!!
