Poor service, lack of delivery consistency
Macros updated their website and the site and service has been terrible. 1. The website does not clearly state the delivery date. You select a specific date only to get a different date the food is delivered. 2. They have not sent any sms delivery notications for the last month. 3. Food arrives unannounced when you are not at home only be spoilt 4. Customer service is beyond frustrating. I have emailed 6 times repeatedly asking confirmation of my delivery dates only to be told check the website and your account 5. The instructions customer service provides to check your account are not consistent with how the website works. Perhaps check this before you provide to customers. I have used Macros for 3 years however will not order. Do not order from them the service is very poor.
