Hello
Hello. I bought from smokstore on 24.11.2023 Order ID: 259371 - Smoktech Guardian Epipe Mod II, full kit, I received the article the other day, only today I opened it, to my surprise, both on the box and on the article I see signs of wear and use, coarse scratches are visible, the box does not contain instructions, the article is not properly packaged, I thought it was a serious company, but selling second-hand products is very bad on their part, I will write more reviews on the forums and I will tell everyone how unserious and liars they are, very bad of them..., I will definitely not buy from them again.... ....considering that they behaved so badly and sold me second-hand products, I want my money back, the atomizer they sent me is still used, still with traces of liquid on the drip, ugly, bad, bad, I will request a refund...
