You’ll lose your money and get no product
Minimal communication. VERY vague with order so they can cover their butt when you reach out wondering where the product you ordered a month ago is at. Customer service is ZERO. You have to fight for them to either get you what you paid for or a refund. We had to file fraud charges with our card. Mars were generous enough to tell me I can pay to ship back the partial order they messed up. Update: They won’t respond to my emails, attempts at calls to their fake numbers or texts to their “customer service” line. But they’ll respond to this review. Clearly this is an ongoing fraud issue. They are a joke. Avoid at all costs.
