Great customer service!
Really impressed with Monsterry.com. I recently ordered an item as a gift and arranged for it to be sent directly to the recipient. It was being posted US to UK. Unfortunately, after no attempt to deliver, I found from checking the tracking that the parcel was being "returned to sender" - as far as I could tell the issue seemed to be the fault of the courier (Evri) and not the sender. I immediately contacted Monsterry.com customer service in an attempt to redirect the parcel before it left the country and they could not have been more helpful. Email replies were prompt, friendly and efficient. They arranged for a replacement item to be despatched from US and it arrived in good time, with no problems. I'm really grateful for the great customer service. I find it is becoming more and more rare nowadays to get top quality, fast (and human) customer service in the event of a problem - and Monsterry.com passed with flying colours in this regard.
