Originally, the t-shirt I ordered shrunk a lot on the first wash and had asymmetrical sleeve lengths. However, customer support was very nice and were able to replace my faulty t-shirt, and the new shirt was totally fine. Great company!

We were on a family trip to Alaska and had a problem finding a sweatshirt from Denali that we liked. I went online and found Monsterry and they offered one that we all really liked. Took 6 weeks after payment to recives the completly wrong order.... It's funny, you're "support team" seems to not communicate... I have an email from your company saying that you're going to refund part of the balance based on photos and the receipt... Then, within ten minutes, I get an email saying, I need to provide more proof that "you" messed up the order. Stay away from this company. It is a scam. Check the reviews of people that are giving them positive feedback.You'll notice their bots.

The clothes were shipped really quickly! Plus, they weren’t super stiff and scratchy when I got them. They were actually pretty soft and stretchy, and the sizing was accurate. Overall a great experience, I’ll be buying more from them!

The item arrived within a few days, as planned. I appreciated the service and also the quality of the shirt. In fact, most shirts around are made of a thin veil of cotton, and therefore do not last long. Instead, this is a thicker breed, and it looks great.
