Wonderful Customer Service
I ordered a pillow and then looked at my funds and realized I should hold off for now. I emailed them the same day requesting an order cancellation, knowing that it might not be granted, but every CSA in the email chain was very kind, responded quickly, and my order was cancelled without any issue. The quality of this support is really appreciated and not as common nowadays, and it makes me want to try their product in the future when I have more wiggle room in my finances.
