Absolutely a con
My story is exactly the same as the others. Paid in October, no delivery. Customer service claimed it was delivered, offered to send again. I asked 15 times for them to provide the address they shipped to. Never would say. Now they say lost again (tracking says in transit) and offered a 50% refund. No honor, just lies lies lies. Shame on them.
