I ordered four 3-year-old blackberry vines, but they were nowhere near that age. The root stock was small, with many broken roots, and all four plants died. I was given store credit and used it to buy a pomegranate tree, which arrived in a socked and burnt condition. The leaves were completely dried upon delivery, looking as if they had been baked. After four days of heavy watering, branches started falling off. I can’t get any response from customer service. Very disappointed twice in a row, even after providing all the requested information and photos with no reply. My delivery driver arrived early, and as leaves were falling out of the box, he showed concern, which I truly appreciate from UPS.
