Payment Deducted but Order Not Created
I placed an order and paid with Binance Pay. The payment was deducted from my Binance account, but no order was created on G2G. The money was transferred to G2G. I’ve been contacting support through a ticket for 2–3 days, but they keep sending bot messages and asking for an order number, even though no order was created. I’m really tired of dealing with this for the past 2–3 days.
