Everything is good until you have a genuine complaint because of my accommodation was a building site. I’ve tried repeatedly to get this resolved ,said 72 hours and now it’s been weeks and I’m still no nearer to get this resolved. I have videos. I have pictures evidence and yet I still can’t get it resolved.
