Products are amazing but.....
Products are absolutely amazing but the ordering process is atrocious. After ordering you get a confirmation but no further information about shipping until it's already arrived. Both times instead of it being delivered to my home the courier decided to drop it off at a parcel shop so I still had to lug home an 8kg package and even worse a 25kg 3d printer. Obviously this isn't their fault (Bambu) but they should really research their shipping partners better as DPD has issues 90% of the time.
