Emails ignored, won’t replace
Bought two scooters, one broke, they refused to fix and let me send back. Wanted to send me a motor to fix it myself, it was a Xmas present and he had used it once, I wanted to return and get a refund. Just ignored all emails! I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ever buying again from this useless company! Learn what customer service means…
