I booked for a certain amount, got charged more!
I booked for a certain amount and got Linked through to the payment site and after paying (you do not see what you are paying at my creditcard anyways) I looked on my cc to see if all went well and they charged met €50 more! After half an hour waiting for customer service (dialed Belgium, got India) they Saïd send evidence (screenshot) and we Will get back to you in 48 hours. Still waiting and no reply almost a week later. Booked a couple of years ago and all went fine. This time i feel cheated!! They say now when booking the code I used expired because I tried to pay through Apple Pay which it didn’t led me and after that the code expired which is Humbug because the price still showed the same when I re-tried paying with my creditcard this time. So either they are mistaken or their system is at fault and not showing the right information. Eitherway not my fault and I couldn’t have know IF IT DOESN’T SHOW… With the added €50 shown I would not have booked through Agoda: Wish I hadn’t now and never Will again!! They are bad news. Do not book though Agoda! They customer service doesn’t help and cuts off the conversation everytime I ask for a solution: which they do not offer!
