Hitpay is Scam, They will first let you charge then run with all balance.
I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience with Hitpay. Without any prior notice, my account was abruptly closed, and my login details were disabled. This not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling frustrated and bewildered. I had $795 in my account which was lost, Nobody is available to answer or refund it to me. There was not even a single complaint on my account and before signing up I read all the T&Cs thoroughly to make sure my business type existed in their eligibility list. They are just cooning in the name of Merchant Services, They are Fraud as they conned my $795. I strongly caution businesses and individuals against using HitPay for their payment processing needs. Our unfortunate experience highlights a concerning disregard for customer relationships and financial obligations. In light of this negative encounter, we are actively seeking alternative payment processing solutions that prioritize transparency, communication, and accountability.
