I ordered two items in May. Don’t like the shirt but loved the pants, but then the zipper separated the very first time I wore them to an event. So I began the return/exchange process in early June. Never heard from Ogl til Bonnie reached out this week. I appreciated the credit and have already placed an order. I love your products, but before Bonnie reached out I did not have a compliment for your customer service. Bonnie is your redemption.
