Custome service at Canberra is very helpful, had no problem with them and has visited them numerous times. My 4 kids, my hubby & my tablet is with Simba. In December 2023 we were in Switzerland, London & Turkiye, had NO PROBLEM at all, worth every penny paid & roaming is super cheap and connection very good. As for me, im with Starhub now, but once my 2 years contract end with starhub, will definitely switch to Simba. Im super unhappy with starhub, subscription so expensive, roaming also expensive, Global 2GB for $50, bloody daylight robbery. Days of paying high subscriptions are over, better save that money for better use esp those like me with big family. Honestly, Simba is good but when in overseas, don't forget to switch your APN & it will work well. Hope Simba will improve & not degrade or else will switch to other telco.
