Don’t waste your time
On October 18th 2023 I paid over $25 for a folding wagon from them that I never received. After waiting months and jumping through all the hoops I finally gave up on and requested a refund of my money to which they offered me only half. I said no to the offer since I never received my package it seems fair I get a full refund for my purchase (otherwise you are just stealing my money) I again requested my full refund and was told it would take 7 business days to process (this was on the 2nd of January 2024) it is now January 24th and I have still not received my refund. This company never gave me the product I ordered or refunded me the money I paid. They literally stole from me.
