Getting Your Money Back from Rapyd
Hello everyone, I was browsing TrustPilot and once again came across Rapyd. Regrettably, I've had a negative experience with this company, witnessing them take over a wonderful service and deliberately run it into the ground. I still can't figure out why they did this. Thankfully, I succeeded in retrieving my funds. Initially, my messages to Rapyd went unanswered. However, the situation improved dramatically after I lodged a complaint with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It's interesting to note that even though Rapyd operates out of the UK, it's the MAS that's responsible for their regulatory oversight, which seems to be a standard practice for numerous FinTech firms. To my relief, MAS responded quickly and effectively, and I got my funds back just a few days after making the complaint.
