POD never worked/turned on from the day…
POD never worked/turned on from the day I got it - never even used it once. Reached out to Customer service via chat, email and phone call -6 times!! only one response was when I called and was informed they would sent me a return authorisation- never happened. The email said they would review my case and determine, and ZERO follow up -I even sent a video for proof. it’s been a week, they don’t care! HORRIBLE UNRELIABLE COMPANY! Order at your own risk!!
