Awful customer service.
Awful customer service. Could not install the app on my child's Android 6 device due to Family link protections and Google Services restrictions. The support provided unacceptable security-wise solutions and refusing to refund for the year subscription that I purchased and asked for refund 3 hours later and will not be using for even one day, let alone the whole year. Not to mention there is no trial period, so absolute no way to tell in advance if the app is going to work for you. Don't waste your money and go with a more trustworthy company. If I could give a zero, I would give a zero. Update: I did end up getting a refund after filing a case with paypal and got a couple nicer emails. The company needs to review its refund policy language if they plan to have success in the future.
