DO NOT BUY, IT’S A SCAM
⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience – DO NOT BUY, IT’S A SCAM On September 10th I purchased a product advertised as “Personalized wooden photo frame in 3D cartoon style”. In the pictures it clearly looked like a real 3D figurine with volume and a base, but what I received was just a flat acrylic sheet. I paid almost €50 for a flat image, and the acrylic even arrived broken. After complaining, they only offered to remake the same item or give me back 30%. Now they don’t reply to emails or Messenger at all. This is misleading advertising and terrible customer service. They don’t deliver what they promise, they deceive customers and then disappear. ⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT’S A SCAM.
