My order got canceled and my dog is without food now
Just recently signed up with this company needed my dog food to ship a little sooner than expected had placed the order on Monday was expecting it to ship Tuesday. Wednesday rolled around I still do not have a confirmation on the order decided to go check. They are currently canceling the order. I cannot get a hold of anyone. The wait time went from two minutes on the phone to five minutes and it was continuing to increase on how long I would be waiting on the phone to talk to someone. I did not get any cancellation notice. Email to say that this order had been canceled so I have canceled my auto ship and found someone else to get my food from and I only have a few more days left on my dogs food now. I would not recommend them at all because it takes them a week to get the food to you. There are a lot better places that ship out dog food a lot quicker.
