Often the recommended Products are missing in the Box. The January Box was Not send,because the Products were out of Stock and Glossybox has No idea, when the Box will be sent. I am a Customer since 2019 and Never Figured out such „Service“. When Changing the Recipient Adress, Glossybox reuqires upt to 4 Montag to adjust this in Their System.
