I exchanged the first wig b/c it wasn’t the best and tried the ulta-fitted wig that has the seam in the middle of the closure and I HATE it. I already cut the lace b/c the fit has never been an issue with the regular 13x6 and I regret doing so b/c I can’t wear this wig. This is a waste of money. :-( The hair color and hair is decent even with the tangling. UPDATE: I was made aware by wow angel that this is my 2nd negative review, so my wow angel account was deactivated and my new wig order was refunded without my request or approval. I’m OK with their decision because I will get my boyfriend to purchase the wigs for me. I have ordered plenty of wigs from this company, so two bad reviews isn’t terrible. I was sent my previous wig review and it also mentioned the fit of the wig with the seams. Had I remembered, I wouldn’t have ordered this although I have a fix for this wig. I was told if I changed my score to 3/4 stars, we can continue doing business.
