I ordered a cake and flowers to surprise my mom for her 84th birthday. The cake was smashed and not even readable and the flowers were wilting when the arriving. I tried to call the 056 number on the site, so I'd have time to fix it before the day was over, there was no one answer, I left a message. I also wrote an email to complain. I was told they would replace the flowers and cake (the next day, after my moms birthday was OVER) when I told them that was not acceptable, they offered me an 18% discount on my next order. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and spent so much money, and this is what I have recieve in return for my loyalty. Not even a refund, which is the very least I would have expected. Needless to say, there are plenty of other companies I can give my business too.
