EU Shop is NOT EU conform, but China shop with no UID, no Impressum etc etc
I wanted to buy a 3d printer and 3d scanner there, as there was a bundle offered but had problems with login... Now I am happy that it did not work ... :-) I tried to contact german store, no answer at all I tried to contact international store on chat, very friendly, listened to everything, promised answer and solution within 24 hours --> did not receive any I tried again and again with friendly answers and finally they told me, I should pay everything, they will refund it later .... The trials were longer than a week, so I am patient ... I asked for EU delivery without VAT (as I have UID), They did not even know what it is. SO I wonder if they pay any taxes in Europe. There is no impressum at homepage There is no CE contact in Europe as it seams You can login in on homepage, but you cannot see your full details of your account. Address or anything else. As I could not buy, I received SEVERAL discount codes by email finally 60 EUR which where in fact when put into system only 57 EUR ... The discounts at the homepage telling they are only valid one day, exist next day again, etc etc. It says it will be delivered from germany, but I am not sure, so maybe you even pay taxes and customs before you get your stuff ... !
