I complained after I'd been using it 18 months and they wouldn't replace it (I wasnt asking for a refund). I expect better quality for a pan that's almost £100! Save your money and get a eaziglide instead - top ratings on which. This is the type of pan you spend £20 in s supermarket to throw away after a year.
