I've used Honeybook for 6 years and…
I've used Honeybook for 6 years and until about 2 years ago, I recommended it to any other photographer. Not only have they jacked up the prices to over $60 a month, they also have the highest credit card processing rate out of any of the other CRM. Now they are adding more and more greedy, broken, ridiculous features like automatically adding tip reminders to every invoice by default so that I have to go through and cancel it on 12 invoices. Not only is Honeybook getting more expensive, it's also getting harder to use and I have to refresh the page three times to get it to load on my desktop every time I pull up the page. I'm so furious that I've wasted so much time and money on Honeybook. Now I'm going to spend more time and money to migrate elsewhere to not deal with their bs
