My message to Katamu through their website was answered promptly and professionally. Dominic was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful. My issue was resolved within 24 hours. I am very happy. I have not seen my purchase yet, but if it’s anything like the customer service, I’m sure it’ll be phenomenal.
