service was great they always get back to you same day so if there’s any issues there are resolved quickly, they are really understanding. The product to game out way better than expected the images in the straps and belt look really good and look like they’ll be on there for a while. I recently bought a belt and the adjustable lever buckle. After about six months of use the pin fell out so I emailed Katamu and they were willing to send me a whole new lever belt buckle for free. I absolutely love my belt and will forever chose Katamu.
i have a 31in waist and got a medium. at first i was frustrated that the belt wouldnt close and i was scared i wasted my money. however after about 20-30 minutes of bending the leather and trying to get the right fit it closed and i went to the gym to try it out. the belt worked amazing! i hit a 15 lb deadlift pr after having just hit my last pr 3 days ago. felt safer and more stable. the belt looked and worked amazing. 10/10

They did not hassle me or give me a hard time they basically said “you’re not happy, let’s fix that” I couldn’t be more grateful. The belt and wraps are both Top Notch. 1 million percent would buy again.

I had got a large weightlifting belt and I lost a lot of weight. I had purchased a belt well over a year ago but only had a chance to use it a handful of times. I emailed customer service on a whim to see if they would be willing to replace it for a medium size due to my belt, being basically brand new. Not only did they make an exception, they were super easy to work with, immediately when they receive my belt, they sent me out the correct size as a replacement and all I had to pay was the shipping! They had top-tier customer service and this is another reason why I love their company as well as their products. I’m so excited!
