Got The wrong size, and was unsure if I could exchange it because it was on sale but Harvey helped me go through the process easily and shipped out my new lifting belt the day after.

Excellent service and items!
I ordered the Fall of Rome strength kit for my son. He was initially between on the knee sleeves so we went up and they ended up being big. I reached out to see if I could exchange just those and they were incredibly accommodating! Excellent customer service all around. Will be sticking with them when we need more gym accessories! The equipment is also top notch. The lifting belt is excellent quality as is everything else.

They have great products but most of all their customer support is top notch! I needed a size smaller on my lever belt and I contacted customer service at 1:10AM and got a response back at 1:21AM! If that ain’t top notch customer service I don’t know what is! Harvey responded quick and got me squared away on getting the right size! Thank you Harvey for the excellent service/support!
Great Product everything just feels…
Great Product everything just feels more secure for example my wrist straps I had a gym reaper pair which weren’t bad at all but Katamu truly has quality my wrist feel so secure and my knee sleeves even better.

Everything had fantastic quality to it
Everything had fantastic quality to it. Even the packaging looks like they took the time for it. The only down side was the time frame of arrival but even then it was so worth the wait.
I wanted to return my belt
I wanted to return my belt because I got a size too big and the customer service was very optimal. They lead me through the very easy process of returning my belt and once I got it sent back they shipped out my replacement right away. The belt is very nice and way better than the ones my gym has.

Bought a strength kits that came with the lifting belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and lifting straps. Everything in the kit was super high quality and love the belt so far, I have been using it for abt 3 weeks now. Definitely worth the money and the customer service is phenomenal. One of the studs from the lifting belt broke off and I contacted customer support and my man Harvey sorted everything out quickly got a replacement lever and even worked with my request for a different colored lever i absolutley trust this brand.

I ordered the wrong size knee sleeve and the katamu team (Harvey) were super attentive and helpful in the exchange process. I don’t think i’ve ever come across another company who were as responsive as this team. Can’t wait to get my correct knee sleeve size and get back to lifting heavy with the much needed knee support!!
