Worst customer service and no person to contact. Worst experience never using again.
I’m celiac. I am also a dash pass member. I ordered from Aldi. There was a list of items that was able to choose substitutes for. The gluten free bread I ordered was not in the list. I reviewed every item available and chose only gluten free swaps. My gluten free bread was unavailable and the apparent likely replacement was bread with gluten. I can’t keep this in my house never mind eat it. And DoorDash will not refund me. Have cancelled my DoorDash dash pass and will never use door dash again
