Great experience with customer service team, in particular Charlotte. There was a issue with my order (which I had ordered as a gift) and I received the incorrect item. By the time I had received the item in the mail, the original item that I ordered was sold out. Charlotte handled the issue with great professionalism and friendly customer service.
