Outstanding customer service and product!
I received my 22" portable net and when I checked it out I found that it had defective parts. I emailed customer service and got a reply from Harper. They immediately offered to send me a brand new net free of charge. Their communication was also on point. The net itself is very sturdy and well-built. I can't recommend the product and company enough. You will not be disappointed with either!
